Sharing a few snippets from our trip to the Bahamas! We stayed at two places both Baha Mar and The Four Seasons Oceans Club. Below I’ll go into more detail on both locations so if you are planning a trip, hopefully it will be of some use! This trip was really special to us because it was our first vacation with little London.
We didn’t realize that Baha Mar was actually 3 hotels in one until after we had already booked. We booked through Expedia but if you go to the website it’s very obvious that it’s 3 separate hotels. Basically they have the Hyatt, SLS (the party spot), and Rosewood. Rosewood is a high end resort with all the best restaurants which we were able to take advantage of during our stay! We stayed at the Hyatt so we were a little surprised we were able to use all the restaurants at Rosewood.
Celo, Common Wealth, and Carna were our favorites for dinner. We ate more casually during the day and usually just did the food trucks since we were at the beach and pool. The food trucks were actually really good so you can’t go wrong with really anything you order.
We booked our last few days at the Four Seasons and we definitely saved the best for last. Firstly the gardens were out of this world beautiful. If you are looking at destination wedding I mean wow, this place is STUNNING. If I could go back in time, JK! Haha! But really so beautiful and that’s just the beginning of how stunning this resort is. It’s a tropical paradise to be exact and we felt like we were in a movie. Everyone is so genuinely nice and goes out of their way to say hello. All around just one of the most magical places I’ve ever been to. I can see why it’s been a playground for celebrities since it opened, it’s beyond amazing!
The Oceans Club only has two restaurants so options are not plentiful in terms of eating but the food was amazing at both spots. Basically they have one fine dining spot (Dune) that is open for breakfast and dinner and the other restaurant (Ocean) next to the pool is open for lunch. They also have a bar next to the adult pool but it was closed during our stay.
These picture are beautiful! Love your style and tyis seems like a great place to visit!
