Leopard print is seriously taking over my wardrobe. I even caught myself last night trying to buy a leopard print two piece set and had to stop. Part of the solution is figuring out you have a problem right? Haha! Well, leopard problems are not too bad so I’m not complaining! I picked up this leopard wrap dress last week at Topshop and haven’t stopped wearing it since. It’s so easy to throw on and look pulled together. I’m on a day to day basis of what fits with the baby bump, but this dress is roomy on me so I’m hoping it will last throughout my pregnancy.
Plus I can wear it even after the baby arrives, another reason why I’m not wearing maternity clothes! The length is also great because it’s not too long or short and the tie waist easily allows you to adjust the length for a perfect fit. It’s so funny because I actually have a huge baby bump but you can’t really see it from the front with this dress.
People can actually tell I’m pregnant now and I’m loving all the extra hospitality that comes along with being pregnant. People hold doors open (in NYC that’s a rare thing). A lady in my building helped me carry boxes the other day which was so sweet! Yellow cabs actually let me walk across the street when it’s my turn… haha! But seriously, I actually need all the help I can get! It’s so hot in the city right now due to a heat wave, and my pregnancy hormones make me super sensitive to it. I wasn’t even positive I could finish this shoot the other day because I was drenched in sweat at 9am! Things are getting real now that I’m in the 3rd trimester. I can’t believe our little one will be here in 2.5 months! Time is flying!
