L.A. places to visit

Visiting the LACMA lights last week in LA was one of my favorite shoots to date! You can go in the evening when the lights are on and it’s even more magical! Definitely a must see if you are visiting LA! We decided to go early to shoot because we figured it would prove difficult to shoot later in the day with all the tourist. We arrived around 7am and we were the only ones there, so if you want to beat the crowds go early!

One of the many things I love about LA is all of the palm trees! I actually shot this photo with my iPhone, and it was one of my favorite shots this trip. We took it right off Sunset Boulevard, its such a pretty drive with all the palms! We were only in LA for 3 days so we made the most of the time we had by getting up early each day to get the best lighting for photos.

No L.A. trip is complete without a stop to Alfred’s! The tea room is the prettiest location because it’s all pink and has the cutest decor! I usually get the Oolong tea, but this time I switched it up and got peppermint, it was so yummy! They also sell a bunch of cute Alfred’s gear but I never have any extra room in my luggage to bring anything back! Very sad I know.

We stayed at the Jeremy Hotel right off of Sunset Boulevard and the hotel was in such a great location. We could walk to Melrose Ave and were very close to a lot of stuff. Also the hotel was super modern and beautiful. They have a coffee shop inside that we frequented to grab breakfast in the mornings and do work.

Also stopped by the Beverly Hills Hotel and visited the Cabana Cafe for lunch one day. They are really particular about not getting a lot of photos but we had permission to snap a few once the food arrived! The Cabana’s were so pretty so of course we came here just for the interiors! Such a cute instagramable spot!

Do you guys have any favorite spots in L.A.? It seems I always leave a ton of things on my list of places to see, but I’d love to hear in the comments below if you have any recommendations!

Thanks for stopping by!
