Ok I get it, you threw out your denim skirts back in 2004 and vowed to never wear one again in a million years. I only know this because I did the exact same thing! Which is why I was hesitant at first to take to this trend. However, I’ve completely fallen back in love with denim skirts, so today I’ll be sharing a few reasons why.
They’ve had a face lift – Often when trends come back around the next time, they have been re-vamped and improved with a different hem, or cut. Like with this A-line denim skirt I’m wearing today. The A-line cut is really on trend at the moment and It’s not only a great casual daytime option, but it’s a simple silhouette that allows for dressing around it easy.
Denim skirts are extremely versatile, dress them up with a lace top and heels for a date night, or wear them to the beach with lace up sandals and a tank. The styling possibilities are endless from day to night!
Adding a new denim skirt into your wardrobe will keep your current tops fresh and on trend. Even celebs like Oliva Palermo, Bella Hadid, Selena, Gomez, and Kendall Jenner are hopping on the trend!
I’ve also linked a few of my favorite denim skirts below, so be sure to scroll and check them out! So do these fresh upgrades and polished touches to the denim mini make you want to jump back on the bandwagon? I’d love to hear in the comments below!
