Color crushing on grey

Today’s ensemble embodies two of my favorite things, the color grey, and the monochrome trend. As you already know (if you frequent my blog) I’m a huge lover of the color grey. I can’t stop buying/wearing grey sweaters, dresses, skirts, you get the idea… I’m obsessed to say the very least! One of the reasons being is that the color goes well with my skin tone and actually helps make me look even tanner, can somebody say… winning?!

So naturally when I laid eyes on this grey pleated skirt from Chicwish, it was game over. It’s the perfect length and I’m totally loving the pleats which is such a huge trend at the moment. Also it’s a steal at only $42! For size reference, I’m wearing a small and it runs true to size.

I also wanted to talk briefly about my grey lace up pumps. They are seriously so comfortable! The heel height is not too high (about three inches) and the suede is really beautiful. Plus this shoe works well for all year round since it’s such a popular style! They look great with skinny jeans and dresses making them very versatile, and we all need more pieces like that in our closets, right ladies?
